Ms. Falcone spent years gaining valuable legal experience in the areas of estate and trust administration. Her keen sense of responsibility and personal attention provided many families with the support they needed during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Ms. Falcone’s ability to efficiently transfer a decedent’s assets while handling multiple and simultaneous communications with financial institutions was highly regarded and has resulted in a legacy of satisfied clients for over 15 years.

Monica Falcone received her bachelor’s degree from Rutger’s University and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2006. She immediately began her career as an associate trusts and estates attorney at the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke, a prestigious Park Avenue law firm that prides itself on recruiting talented attorneys from the nation’s best law schools. Here Ms. Falcone handled multiple estate administrations, trust administrations and estate planning clients simultaneously, while continuing to provide each client with the individual attention, dedication to service and high standard they should expect from their attorney. She carries this same willingness and commitment to detail and to personal service in her private practice today.

Ms. Falcone is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and in the Unites States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Ms. Falcone is also a musician and on her nights off can be seen performing at various venues in and around New York City.
